Step 1: Free Speech & Language Screening or Consultation

Every child's developmental journey is unique, and it is completely normal to have questions about their communication milestones. Our process begins with a low-pressure, 15-minute screening (ages 0-5) or consultation (ages 6-18).

RATE: FREE

This brief screening or phone-call discussion allows us to look at your child's current communication skills, listen to your specific concerns, and check milestones. It is designed to give you clarify whether a full evaluation is truly necessary. There is zero financial obligation—just a supportive conversation about the best path forward for your family.

Some caregivers may opt to bypass this step and directly schedule a comprehensive initial speech and language evaluation.

Step 2: Comprehensive Evaluation

If specific concerns are identified during your initial screening or consultation, the next step is to schedule a comprehensive speech-language evaluation. This deep dive is crucial for identifying your child’s unique strengths, isolating areas of need, and building a highly customized therapeutic map.

PRIVATE PAY RATE: $200 (FLAT-RATE, BOOKED FOR 1 HOUR)

To get a complete, accurate picture of your child's skills, our clinician utilizes a blend of formal and informal diagnostic measures. This comprehensive assessment includes:

• Standardized Assessments: Nationally recognized testing instruments to measure specific speech and language milestones against age-matched peers.

• Clinical Observations: Watching how your child naturally interacts, moves, and plays in a comfortable setting.

• Language & Speech Samples: Analyzing real-time conversation, sound production, and sentence structure.

What You Receive:
Following the evaluation, you will receive a comprehensive written report detailing the findings and individualized recommendations. We provide transparent, flat-rate pricing for our evaluations so there are never any unexpected fees. Re-evaluations to determine progress and update treatment plans will be conducted every 6-12 months, at the provider’s clinical discretion.

Step 3: Develop a Personalized Treatment Plan and Begin Therapy

Once the evaluation is complete and we have mapped out your child's custom goals, we begin our treatment sessions, ranging from 30 to 45 minutes and occurring up to three times a week. Therapy is where the foundations are set. We transform the clinical goals from your child's evaluation into engaging, evidence-based activities that make learning feel like play.

Because every child learns at their own pace, our sessions are highly individualized. We don't just work with your child; we partner with you. At the end of each session, your clinician will share actionable strategies, home activities, and feedback so you can confidently support your child's communication growth between appointments.

PRIVATE PAY RATES:

• 30-MINUTE TREATMENT SESSION: $70

• 45-MINUTE TREATMENT SESSION: $90

Our Pricing & Private-Pay Model:

• Predictable Flat-Fee Pricing: We believe financial transparency is vital to your family's peace of mind. We charge a clear, consistent flat fee per session. There are no hidden costs, no surprise facility fees, and no unexpected bills weeks after therapy occurs.

  • Flexible Payment Options: Payments are processed seamlessly at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.

  • Insurance Superbills: Because we will first operate as a private-pay clinic, we are completely independent of insurance company restrictions. We do not have corporate caps on session numbers, and we never have to pause your child's progress to wait for insurance re-authorizations. If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, we gladly provide detailed monthly superbills containing all necessary diagnostic and treatment codes for you to submit for potential reimbursement.

This model grants us maximum flexibility with our scheduling, enabling us to offer convenient appointment times that fit your family’s busy life without rigid system constraints. Additionally, because we do not answer to insurance companies, we are able to work exclusively with families who are deeply invested in their child’s long-term developmental journey.
